How
do I join the loyalty scheme?
Joining the Mulders Loyalty scheme is easy and completely free.
Next time you are instore, online or on the phone with us just
ask for your customer loyalty card. Then you simply need to present
your card when you shop instore or mention it when shopping online
and all your purchases will automatically be included.
How
does the scheme work? For
every $500.00 you spend at Mulders you will recieve a $25.00 reward
voucher to spend instore. Even if you spend $10.00 today and $20.00
next month these amounts will accumulate. Make sure you mention
your loyalty card every time you shop to ensure you always add
to yuor total. Once you have reached the $500.00 spend required
you will automatically recieve your reward voucher to spend in
store.
What
is included in the Scheme? The
loyalty scheme applies to all purchases of equestrian goods in
store, online or over the phone. Goods at both normal and sale
price are included in the scheme.
What
is Excluded from the Scheme?
Refunds, credits, purchases of Mulders gift vouchers and purchases
of non equestrian items are all excluded from the scheme.
Where
can I spend my voucher? All vouchers earned through the
loyalty scheme can be spent on equestrian purchases in store or
through our website.
How
long does my loyalty scheme membership last?Your
membership card will show when your membership is due to expire.
How
can I check my level of purchases? You can check your
level of purchases when you visit us in store or simply call or
email us at equestrian@mulders.com.au
