Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. The terms and conditions govern the recording of purchases, reward vouchers and any offers associated with the Mulders Equestrian Loyalty Scheme.
2. The Mulders Equestrian Loyalty Scheme is administered by Mulders PTY Ltd who retains the sole responsibity for redemption of rewards arising from use of a Mulders Loyalty Card.
3. The card is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or above, excluding any person eligible for Mulders staff discount.
4. The scheme applies to qualifying purchases made within Mulders store or through Mulders on line store excluding returns, credits, gift vouchers, non equestrian goods or any non participating departments
5. The loyalty membership card must be presented at the time of purchase in order for purchases to be credited to the Account.
6. Your membership of Mulders Equestrian Loyalty Scheme starts when your Account is opened or when we determine the scheme is available to you or ends when your Account is closed or when we determine the scheme is no longer in operation
7. Credits to your Account will be awarded for every complete purchase you make using any payment method on all qualifying purchases. Mulders PTY Ltd reserves the right to amend this structure as and when it deems necessary.
8. We reserve the right to substitute or remove product ranges/services/offers available for redemption using Mulders Equestrian Loyalty scheme and reward vouchers at any time
9. We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions of the scheme at any time. Any changes will be notified in store or advised in writing.
10. In the event of a refund of goods purchased from Mulders where the original purchases accumulated a credit to your Account, all such values will be deducted. Any reward vouchers used to purchase goods which are later refunded, will be replaced with a gift voucher of the same value.
11. If a Mulders product is obtained solely using Reward vouchers any refund will be given in credit vouchers. No cash refunds will be given in these circumstances.
12. Reward vouchers must be used by the date shown and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on each reward voucher.
13. Purchase values accumulating for the loyalty scheme cannot be transferred from one customer to another or exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
14. Purchase values recorded for the reward scheme shall become invalid where the card is closed and may not be subsequently redeemed
15. If you lose or mislay your Loyalty Membership card you should contact us immediately.
16. You are responsible for notifying us if your details change. Mulders PTY ltd is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail
17. Reward vouchers already issued prior to the termination of the scheme shall remain valid until the expiry day printed on them
18. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising, marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

20. Mulders PTY Ltd may refuse to redeem vouchers and /or authorize the issue of rewards vouchers if it considers that Loyalty card is being misused, or if you are in breach of any of the above terms.

I may opt-out of receiving Mulders Equestrian Scheme communications at any time by contacting us by telephone, email or in person.
