All our shipping prices are shown in Australian Dollars. Our prices do
not include postage.
2. Order Process
For our saddlery products you can simply email, fax or telephone through your
order, or preferably order via our shopping cart system. We generally require payment at the time of order and accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Electronic Funds Transfer and Cheques (subject to clearance).We
keep most of our products in stock. If we do need to order your product in,
we will endeavor to get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 anywhere across Australia. Orders will be processed within 2 days, delivery time is estimated to be within 12 - 14 days, on the condition that the item is in stock. Items not in stock WILL take longer, we ask for your patience in these instances. Items will be sent via either a courier or registered post, in order to allow for postage to be traced. Mulders does not accept responsibility for mistakes made by postal services.
Postage overseas will be quoted at time of purchase, and will depend on both destination and weight. We usually quote postage based on Australia
Airmail Parcel Post Insured
Delivery speed outside Australia is 4 - 6 weeks, excluding any time needed
for customs importation
5. Returns Policy
If the items is faulty we will offer a refund on receipt of the returned goods.
Please choose your purchases carefully as we cannot usually refund goods incorrectly
ordered. We do not refund or exchange any item after 21 days.
